Returns, Replacements and Charge Backs


Meva products are subjected to multiple quality inspections to ensure the product meets our quality standards prior to packaging and shipping. In the unlikely event that you should encounter a defect contact your sales representative and they will walk you through the steps to file a claim.


The dealer is responsible for deluxing, minor defects, minor repairs, drawer and door adjustments and other routine maintenance.


A claim cannot be made for goods that are picked up by our customers’ vehicles/trucks at our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, CA.


We will not allow charge backs to be taken without prior approval and all claims require detailed photography showing both the issue and its original packaging. For repair reimbursements we will need an itemized list of the following; item number(s), proof of the original date of purchase, detailed description of damages, estimates of repair and detailed photography. No reimbursements or credits will be issued without authorized approval.


We reserve the right and shall at our discretion, repair, replace or issue a full or partial credit on merchandise that is deemed a factory defect for a period of (1) one year following the original invoice date. This warranty applies under the conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage incurred as a result of negligence, misuse or for applications of commercial or rental properties.


This warranty does not apply to showroom samples, displays or products designated “As Is” at the time of purchase.


Variations in color, carving, measurements, wood grain and minor movement are to be expected. We feel that these characteristics make each piece unique, and do not consider these variations to be a defect.


No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization form.  All returns must be made within 21 days of ship date, in the original condition and subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.   A request for returns must be submitted in writing to Meva corporate headquarters within (5) five business days from the date merchandise has been received.    Meva will not except responsibility for any costs accrued in shipping charges.


Our relationship is solely with the dealer and not the consumer, and no warranty, expressed or implied, is extended by Meva to the customer.


THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,MEVA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.


Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitations may not apply to you.


WE DO NOT SELL DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC. PLEASE REGISTER ONLY IF YOU ARE A FURNITURE RETAILER, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR INVOLVED IN A FURNITURE TRADE RELATED BUSINESS. IF YOU ARE A RETAIL CUSTOMER YOU MAY CONTACT US AND WE WILL REFER YOU TO A LOCAL DEALER IN YOUR AREA IF AVAILABLE.


• During any system maintenance in any time, all orders placed online by customers will be cancelled, voided, rejected or terminated, these orders are considered invalid (and voided). Meva reserves all the rights to implement system maintenance in any time without informing customers.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPLEMENT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. ANY ORDER THAT PLACED DURING SYSTEM MAINTENAINCE WILL BE VOIDED OR CANCELLED. IF THIS HAPPENS, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
